Simple and easy to use

What do you like best? Float's interface is extremely easy to understand, with colour coded projects and time labels helping to read schedules at a glance. Being able to view other people's schedules is useful when managing time throughout the day. What do you dislike? On occasion, Float doesn't always update in real-time meaning expectations can become a little confusing. Time could be more granular as well so that .25 hours can be used. What problems are you solving with the ...

Float is leading our decisions

What do you like best? Float has a lot of features, but one of the most important is the dashboard to overview our projects allocation in one page. It's easy to understand where our team is working on and some possible work gap in our future schedule. What do you dislike? Float has a lot of report options. However, in our company, we always track the Earned value management for our projects. Currently, Float does not support this report. Then, we need to calculate it in an external ...

Easy to use scheduling software

What do you like best? Float is really simple and effective scheduling tool that helps us manage our projects and workforce. Our guys are remote and on customers sites a lot so the fact they can log in on the internet and see their schedules is great. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to colour code tasks as well as projects but that is a minor point. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have simplified the ...

Float is a wonderful tool!

What do you like best? Float is extremely helpful at large teams. You can easily get insight about what's everyone doing. What do you dislike? I do not like the fact that it's not possible to create groups inside of groups -> would help filtering for sure. Recommendations to others considering the product: You surely need to check it out as it can easily help you out figure out your team's work. It's easy to use and customizable so you're not going to have a hard time ...

Float helps us to keep our studio on track

What do you like best? Scheduling is a priority in our busy studio, float makes this a breeze. The ability to report on the workflow and review any potential issues is critical for the business. What do you dislike? Not much to be honest. We also use Teamwork alongside this, so a tighter integration would be a benefit, especially with the time taken to sync. In an ideal world it would be realtime, however we understand that working with a 3rd party, features open to float may be ...
