Simplifies workflow visualization with a clear layout, helping users see team availability, workloads, and schedules at a glance.
Powerful real-time collaboration features enable seamless task updates and team coordination.
Features such as drag-and-drop scheduling, customization options, and colored task coding streamline project and resource management.

Invaluable Product!
What do you like best? I like Float, because it is the most efficient way to keep track of our day. We use float to review our individual schedules, but most importantly--we can keep track of everyone else too!! At a glance, I can review my project details and associated colleagues assigned to it. Float also allows me to look at future projects. I especially appreciate the notifications I get via email on my upcoming schedule. This is helpful when things change...as they sometimes do. I ...

Float your boat
What do you like best? A week-at-a-glance view has been proven as a way of improving individual productivity, time management, and performance -- this is why so many electronic planners and hard-copy planners are organized this way. Having a team view the week at a glance also confers similar benefits, as well as the accurate resourcing of projects, work activities, and the time of those people performing the work. What do you dislike? E-mail notifications could be a touch faster. ...

Great software for planning but missing some features.
What do you like best? I really like the possibility of having a global view of the activities and the possibility of having a fast (very fast) synchronization with the Outlook calendar. Furthermore, it is really useful to assign different roles to people in order to define planning permissions. Also like the possibility to define different project and client for a better organizzation of the tasks over the people of the team What do you dislike? I don't relaly love the graphic ...

Good for managing dynamic workloads
What do you like best? Being able to see my own workloads and my team mates easily. Being able to look over long periods of time to remind myself what I did and when I did it. Getting emails when my float has been updated allows me to plan ahead for upcoming projects and use my time more efficiently. What do you dislike? It is pretty intuitive, so there isn't much to dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you work in a projects based, busy ...

Easy to use, covers all our needs
What do you like best? It's gives us a clear view of who is doing what on all of our projects What do you dislike? It works great, no issues. I highly recommend it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping on top of what each developer is doing and when, all information is well presented.

Review of Float
What do you like best? I like the overall performance you gain from Float. If you know which person is not in-house you can just work around these obstacles. Additionally you get an overall overview who is working on which project for instance. It makes my life so much easier and more productive. It also reminds you if of meeting you have in the following week and which tasks need to be done beforhand. What do you dislike? I have, to be honest, nothing bad to say about this ...

Simple Schedule and Project manager
What do you like best? My company tried using Asana for about a year and found it too complicated to get everyone on the same page. Then we went fully manual, by switching to spreadsheets for schedule and project management. Float finds a nice middle ground of simplicity and interactive UI. It's great that managers can view everything from a project view and makers and creatives can look at just their own schedule. Plus the option to subscribe to an actual calendar format makes ...

Perfect tool for your projects
What do you like best? Float has a very easy interface that can be mastered in a few minutes. The tool is very definite and orderly and allows you to plan projects in the long run. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, it sometimes freezes and the editing tools stop working properly (for example if you are scrolling down to the end of template with projects tool for editing the project are being cut) Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking for ...

Project Management and full utilization
What do you like best? As a consultant, my job requires me to work on different projects at the same time. So planning for different customers with individual tasks is key to succeed in the IT world as a consultant. Since we are all scattered around Germany (mostly at a customer facility) the best part about Float is that the whole team can see where I am and for what customer I work at a specific time. That's key for the upper management to see who is available at what time and could ...

Everyone should use float!
What do you like best? - Easy to use - Quick - Good visibility of information What do you dislike? - Unable to sync with our previous planning board so we had to manually update Float with all bookings for all resources - There is no location option for bookings that's fully visible Recommendations to others considering the product: Check that you can integrate float with your current planning board/ booking system to make the data entry and setup easier. ...
