Was looking forward to simplifying our incoming container/freight process with flexport and that did not happen. They tell you what you want to hear once you agree to do business then everything changes. There is no customer service, if you have a questions that you would like to speak to someone about you must schedule an appointment at their convenience which all reps we ever talked to were on east coast time. Pretty bad experience right off the…
Pretty bad experience right off the bat. Submitted a quote reques. They said I’d receive a quote in 24 hours. Waited for two days... nothing, crickets. I called them and I was forwarded to a voicemail. Left a message, a few days later still nothing. Called again, I was advised to send an email. I finally got a response asking about the volume of the shipment. Apparently, 6-10 shipments per year are not big enough for them. What do you like best? Flexport has a simple and instinctive dashboard. It empowers speed of conveyance and steady correspondence between our group. Bad experience...
I was keen to use this freight forwarder after I could see that they had made an effort to build a decent platform where I could track and monitor my shipment.However, I don't recommend them at all. Anyone who has shipped from China will know how frustrating the process is. This forwarder was late at every stage and when my goods arrived in the US, there were SO many delays. Also there are many hidden costs which is probably why I felt the quote was so low in the first place. They simply ...

Great Service and Response Times
What do you like best? They are easy to work with. Great communication. Easy quotes. What do you dislike? Service can be expensive but it’s all inclusive. What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized? They are our number one freight forwarder for China Imports. They handle door to port to port to door. They do it all.

Flexport has given me a great experience!
What do you like best? The dashboard, speed of delivery and constant communication between myself and every on their team. What do you dislike?
