Better Option Must be Out There
I have used them many times. Things were much better when they took different shipping options/vendors. But with them trying to take the whole shipping chain in house, their delivery times are awful.The dashboard is easy and customer service is pretty good, but there logistics/warehouse is a 1 star at best.

Slow and expensive
I went online and made a quote request, no response so I had to call them to follow up. When I did get the rates they were .15/kg more expensive with a slower transit time. But it was all inconsequential as the client booked elsewhere. We were just too slow ! Thanks for nothing flexport.

Amazing portal - one stop shop for imports

Poor Customer Service. Excessive Costs Incurred.
The overall shipping, tracking and customs clearance experience was ok. Problems arose with renewing a U.S. Continuous Import Bond. I paid the full bond renewal fee via the flexport platform and received email confirmation from the bond support representative; however, 5 weeks later when the shipment arrived, the bond showed expired. As a result, I incurred an additional Single Entry Bond fee in addition to the continuous bond fee previously incurred. The service and management reps showed ...
