What do you like best about Software Vulnerability Manager? Support tries their best to help, especially given the tool has some legacy components. The standard set of software available to patch without much effort is not the largest, but it covers almost all of the standard software we expect to encounter on endpoints. They have been regularly adding new features, which shows they invest in the product. Intune integration is also a big bonus.

Terrible company with incredibly rude staff

PROS: I work in an office building n reception whilst I'm finishing my law degree and a member of the Flexera team (a large lady with an English accent) came in today to attend a meeting, expect that we have never heard of Flexera. She laughed in my face when I told her we don't know who they are and said that I had a 'bad system' - when she called her boss she was informed that she was in the wrong place.
