We brought the system with GPS tracking and online tachograph download. The first month, the system didn't work besides the GPS.After talking with Fleetcomplete, I noticed that they forgot to tell me that they needed the company card for the Tachograph system. Got the address, name of the person to receive, and this person's email. Send it with GLS.Two later, I again had to contact Fleetcomplete as there was still no data, just GPS.I turned put they have received the card, but lost ...

Do not even consider this crappy platform

This company promises plenty of things they cannot deliver. Devices and software that is very lagging. Items just quit working and tech support sends you in circles to try to fix something that the coders need to fix. All they care about is billing you and if you attempt to get out of your contract they try to tell you there is a termination fee. Try and collect it you idiots, Ill be in court with my counter suit!

Zero stars. I've never done business with a more incompetent business in my life. A business that doesn't know it's own products and then makes the end user pay for that incompetence. I decided to go with Fleet complete/Big road eld in May of 2021. Couple days later I received the devices but to my surprise and the installer that Fleet complete sent, the wrong cables were sent for both devices. Svindel og uprofessionelt

Jeg har engang haft abonnement hos dem og har solgt min bil videre, samt opsagt mit abonnement hos dem. De bliver ved med at sende mig fakturaer og man kan ikke komme i kontakt med dem. Ren og skær svindel. Hold jer LANGT fra dem.

Jeg har lige solgt min bil og glemte at få trackeren ud af bilen. Det går først op for mig, da jeg får faktura fra FleetCompleteJeg skriver det til dem som det er, og afventer min betaling af faktura2 døgn efter får jeg mail fra Kati om at det er helt forståeligt og de krediterer min fakturaDet er altså god stil og god kundeservice

Jeg var kunde ved dem og alt var okay i denne periode..!! Men efter jeg har opsagt min gps har de 2 gange med et halv år imellem sendt mig en faktura på en ny halvårlig periode..!!Og de er umulige træffe over telefon..!!

Fleet complete tidligere Ecofleet er et firma man skal holde sig fra.At Tryg forsikring henviser til dem og har en samarbejdsaftale med dem er en gåde og jeg kan kun opfordre Tryg til at opsige samarbejdet.Scenariet er egentlig enkelt. Adequate for Asset Tracking, Some Kinks

What do you like best? Fleet Complete has been very helpful in our agricultural business. The reason that we have chosen to use Fleet Complete over other programs is a. is it compatible with Telus tracking devices and b. it can be programmed to locate and map rural land locations, which is pivotal to our work.
