I agree with the other reviews here. Flaticon is running a scam. If you sign up for premium to not see any ads, literally every time you leave the website they log you out of your account so that when you come back you have to view pages of ads before being able to log back in.

Today I have tried 2 times to get the premium subscription and didn't get the premium subscription but I was charged twice. This is illegal. Please!!!! I have contacted support by "submitting a request". My Support ticket ID is (59613) please check upon this asap. and give me my money back otherwise I will take legal actions for this.

The cancellation process involves several screens of questions, deliberately (I suspect) making cancelling subs difficult, the final submit button failed to work, eventually resorted to contacting them.

It used to be a good platform

It used to be a good platform, but it is so slow nowadays that it's impossible to search for icons. I guess devs are too stingy to pitch in for a more powerful server. Too bad. Not going to use Flaticon.com anymore. Good thing there are plenty of other similar services.
