Very frustrating...😡

I wanted to extend my subscription from monthly to yearly, but the payment didn't get througt and now everything became weird: I have zero information about subscription, buttons to cancel it or renew it just dissappeared from navigation.... customer service is slow in response and also has no clue how to help, just sends me worthless answers. I also lost possibility of downloads. Moreover, I can't even delete account as Flaticon think me (the user) doesn't exist. Great! I just asked ...
