What do you like best? FixMe.IT has allowed me to effectively service more clients with a simple, and effective remote support tool set. The licensing is easy AND flexible, allowing you to have a pool, and float between users or machines. What do you dislike? Works well, license model works for how I use it.

What do you like best? Works well, license model works for how I use it. I am one user who uses many computers, the ability to do support from wherever I am is very useful to me. What do you dislike? I dislike the lack of Apple support. I would like mobile device support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy remote support where the user being helped can see what I am the technician am doing.

Great when you have multiple offices

What do you like best? Ability to work on someones computer when they are not in. What do you dislike? Really don't have anything, it works great for what we need it for. Easy to use remote access at reasonable price

What do you like best? The set up of unattended and attended remote access is very simple. Clients understood how to let me connect because it's very straight forward. What do you dislike? I have some clients on Mac and it it doesn't work with Mac.
