Quick and easy setup, great for mobile techs and contractual support.

What do you like best? I like the fact that I can setup unattended access and keep them all organized and it syncs whether I am at the office or on the go. What do you dislike? Well setup support software

What do you like best? Nice and easy system. Easy for my clients to install, simple remote access What do you dislike? Not Mac/Apple/Android/linux based systems, products support yet (would be amazing if it supports multi os) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Software issues, user issues, backup monitoring, system support, patching systems and many more

Works great at a great price.

What do you like best? It does everything I need. Remote control. Unattended access. File transfer. And it is so easy to use and set up. What do you dislike? I can't think of any downsides from my experience using it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Worth looking into. What problems are you solving with the product? Excellent experiences with fixme.it I use it for my personal business as well as at work.

What do you like best? Simplicity of use. I have many unattended clients I need to access and the tool is always ready. What do you dislike? No dislikes the product checks all the boxes. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just keep adding features What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote access to avoid vpn connections.

What do you like best? reliable. 100% availability with no service disruption. What do you dislike? only one issue I have noticed is in some cases I don't see mouse cursor on a remote computer.
