Great product at a reasonable price.
What do you like best? Very robust and very affordable. The unattended client option is extremely useful. The on-demand remote control is easy for clients to initiate. What do you dislike? Very Easy to Use and A must have.
What do you like best? I Like the fact that we can set up as many remote access computers within an account. Also lets you record sessions if you do Support Training's. What do you dislike? Just wish i could send my teams a link and they can automatically pair me with that computer to log me in. Awesome Remote Assistance and Support Platform
What do you like best? The ease of use. I can choose to activate an unattended client for constant remote access as I or my clients need it or as a one off for potential new clients and friends who need help. What do you dislike? Very Useful to to help our customers fix their issues quickly.
What do you like best? The ability to connect to essentially anyone securely is very nice! What do you dislike? I dislike if I have to share with other coworkers keeping me having to wait for them to be done but that is a licensing issue more than a problem with the software.
