Fix Me It Review

What do you like best? Easy to install, and access for end users What do you dislike? No dislikes were noted during our use of this product. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great Remote product for day to day use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this for 1 off remote PC repair, and as a secondary remote client on all new contract customers until we have their MSP package in place.

We have subscribed to fixme for maybe 3 years now. Great product!

What do you like best? Ease of use. The product is real easy to install on machines for easy access later. And for quick remote support that someone just needs help. We came from a more expensive solutions and wanted something that would work for my MSP company. What do you dislike? Very rarely, have a machine that it doesn't want to work on. A really good value for remote desktop support

What do you like best? I like the ease of use, and the unattended clients features. It is really easy for my customers to get into, just a few clicks on their end and I can start assisting with their problem. If I need to work on a computer after hours for some reason, I can set up the unattended client feature and can get in when I need to. What do you dislike? Great remote assistance app

What do you like best? I am able to setup unattended access to all my clients workstations and servers for assistance. What do you dislike? I dont really see a downside on the application, it seems to do everything i need it to do What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Server issues, windows updates etc. fix outlook and office issues

Great Tool, Great Price

What do you like best? I love the fact that I can just install the unattended client on each of my users' workstations, which allows me to connect to them without any input from them. If they don't have the unattended client, it is usually easy for the users to activate the support client from the fixme.it website and grant me access to their workstations. What do you dislike? Simply the best

What do you like best? Ease of use, File transfer, Desktop console viewing and control. I use this to remote control customers PCs and laptops and clean up & start up issues. Very easy to use. The software works

What do you like best? I have never had a problem with connectivity to remote systems. It allows me to work from anywhere. What do you dislike? I have no dislikes about the program. The program functions as it should without issue. And our customers love our quick response What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
