The software works

What do you like best? I have never had a problem with connectivity to remote systems. It allows me to work from anywhere. What do you dislike? I have no dislikes about the program. The program functions as it should without issue. And our customers love our quick response What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able solve all PC related I'm able to service several customers at once

Hands Down, The Best Remote Software for the Money

What do you like best? Honestly, the pricing. It is far less expensive and other remote software solutions. It does everything the other guys do, but for less money. What do you dislike? FixMe.IT is wonderful...

What do you like best? I have used many remote programs and have been using FixMe.IT since 2013 exclusively. This remote program is easy for clients and has been extremely reliable and stable. What do you dislike? This is not much to dislike, only change I would recommend is separating the show desktop view desktop icons further apart so you do not click on the wrong one. We have subscribed to fixme for maybe 3 years now. Great product!

What do you like best? Ease of use. The product is real easy to install on machines for easy access later. And for quick remote support that someone just needs help. We came from a more expensive solutions and wanted something that would work for my MSP company. What do you dislike? Very rarely, have a machine that it doesn't want to work on. What do you like best? Easy to install, and access for end users What do you dislike? No dislikes were noted during our use of this product. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great Remote product for day to day use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this for 1 off remote PC repair, and as a secondary remote client on all new contract customers until we have their MSP package in place.

Affordable go to support software

What do you like best? Fixme.IT is a very affordable solution for IT support professionals. It offers offline access, ad-hoc access, and file transfer at a much better rate than competitors. What do you dislike? Wish there was support for IPAD / Adroid . What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Branded support is a great option that makes my company look more professional.

Great Tool, Great Price

What do you like best? I love the fact that I can just install the unattended client on each of my users' workstations, which allows me to connect to them without any input from them. If they don't have the unattended client, it is usually easy for the users to activate the support client from the fixme.it website and grant me access to their workstations. What do you dislike? I wish that they would create an Expert client for iOS so I could effect repairs using my iPad or iPhone. ...

What do you like best? The interface is very easy to use and works flawlessly What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is that fix me is not compatible with Apple products.
