Easy to use but confusing at the same time
It's easy to input the phone number to enrol and check in every time but when the terminal says it's all set, the screen quickly comes back to ask for the phone number input after clicking Done, causing confusion. It is unclear whether the cashier captures or may skip/ignore what I just input. The screen should show something indicating it's activating for my loyalty rewards session until the purchase is complete.

My favorite store
I love my store. I visit about 2-3 times A week. I always feel welcome when I come. The employees are always nice and friendly. Always willing to help you from questions you may have to helping you with items. They make me feel like family. I also get A lot of compliments on the items I get from my store. It's my HAPPY place. I tell all my family and friends my store. Thrifty Value Village is the place to visit and you will return.

I have had the best experience each time I have shopped with your company. The employees were very upfront and answered every question to the best of their knowledge and with the most respect. They are all very very friendly and make you feel comfortable shopping with them.
