I went in to get my Oolong milk tea usual, and the workers were very kind in taking my order. I asked them about the stamp cards that they did, and they responded back saying that they have changed their rewards system. This new reward system makes it easier to put in my number rather than physically carry a card around.

Simple visit

I went here with my friend! The lady at the register was nice! It was difficult trying to tell her what our order was because of the masks and such, but it was a nice and simple visit! My Tea is one of my favorite boba places because of their flavorful slushes!

As a business owner, it is very tough for me on this one. The idea is fantastic, and PARTS of their system are REALLY good, but other parts do not hold up.The kiosks we have inside the business work nice, and do a great job of getting people to join, so we can do rewards points, and gather info. This part works really well.However, one of the major selling points of this was the ability to do text and email campaigns, which is the main reason I joined this. Value added merchandise with quality when available! Additionally, so far good direction w subject application- intuitive & innovative! Also want to recognize young mother who works the morning shift as checkout clerk - truly customer focus; highly efficient with a great attitude - positive! As info I reside in the 77587 area.
