I like how easy it is to earn points…
I like how easy it is to earn points and get rewards. It would be even better if I can get rewards directly thru the app by scanning a receipt or something similar. At least 1 place I'm a regular at has a broken fivestars machine.

Always the best personal service
I have always been treated like I was the only customer, regardless of how many customers were there. And when my order is complete, they treat the next customer the same way. It is Precisely the reason why I return on nearly a daily basis and bypass three other coffee places. The staff is great! The food is first rate. The coffee is fantastic. You would be hard pressed to find better.
