These guys are awesome

These guys are awesome. They always have my liquid and coils in stocks. And by simply adding my phone number every time I go in there I get points for how much I spend. Its nice to have a discount pop up every once in a while. I have sent several friends here and I will send many more. Thanks for everything guys.

Easy to verify my account with the keypad. Initially some confusion about my expected discount, but was soon clarified by the clerk.

This app is not very helpful

This app is not very helpful. It doesn't give you a balance of your account or if your points are about to expire. Nor does it tell you if you have to spend a certain amount to redeem your points. And it will only show you retailers as to your current location not all the retailers on the app. For instance there is a retailer close to my house and it only shows that retailer and not the one a few miles away that I primarily shop at without having to spend a bit of time to access that retailer

I go to flawless because it’s not the closest vape shop, however, the vape shop a block away charged me $22 do a vape that was $12 at flawless. Plus the guy at the vape shop in orange on Katella straight lied to my face just to make a sale and that’s just not cool. At flawless, they took the time to walk me through the process of setting up my vape and making sure I knew what I was doing. They have a rewards program at flawless and I don’t feel cheated by them. Thank you Flawless!

Five stars has been helpful in my experience. I appreciate the saving it gives me just from going to buy the cards from my local tcg store that I was going to do in the first place. Saving money is never a bad thing! And five stars definitely helps do just that.
