Easy to use and convenient!

Easy to use for any restaurant that supports it. I just enter my number in and gain points.

Not returning

Wait was very long for 3 drinks and cleanliness was not good. Drinks tasted good, but must likely won’t return.

Needs transaction history

My major disappointment is the lack of access to transaction history through the the app. The only documentation of points being added or deducted from your account is the notifications. So when my account was drained of ~2000pts in a matter of seconds this evening without my consent, all I have for documentation is the screen shots of the notification list. A more minor comment is the instructions on the screen at the register could be more clear.

I logged into the account and found out I had more rewards that I knew which was a nice surprise. I deducted a star for not being able to change my login phone number.

I love these stores especially once upon a child from my young ones, i shop at clothes mentor and plateos closet sometimes i find great items! The staff is super friendly and the stores are clean!

What’s not to like about a discount

What’s not to like about a discount! I use my discount from 5 Stars every time I make my purchase at the store that’s signed up with them. It’s a win win situation for the store and myself!
