Vaughan location!

I love the Vaughan location! I put a lot of things on hold and everyone is always so nice when I call to ask about an item, especially one of the managers. She’s very genuine and strikes up good conversation and points about the items. Upon arrival I’m always greeted with a smile and asked if I want to try on the item (to ensure it fits). I have never been to plato’s closet until recently... and now I go probably 3 times a week!! Every time I go, there is a PLETHERA of options and I am NEVER disappointed!! Shopping is great @ Varsity's Once Upon a Child

Hi, i usually don't like shopping, but i like Once Upon a Child. You go and find what you need at a good price. You can choose the quality, and there is always an element of surprise, going to a shop and you never now what you will find. There are lots of toys, games and clothing. I try to get there twice a week, and browse to see what else i need.

The employees are nice and kind. The food is fresh hot delicious. I come 2 times a day just to say hi I like seeing every employee

Not a good experience

I searched around looking for sizes, the sizes are not posted where you can see them. No one ever asked if they could help me. Once I did find items I go to checkout and lady walks away from register leaving me standing there. Same thing happened to the lady next to me at the other register. Service could use some major improvements

I heard about Jazzy cheesecakes and recently visited and I must say I had a great experience! The staff are very friendly ladies and the cakes are delicious 😋. I love the 2.00 Tuesday’s now that I’ve found out about that and have been going the last couple of weeks and will continue so please support, stop in and order your favorite desserts you will be satisfied!
