Dress code needs revision
Some of the front working women including cashier's need to wear more appropriate clothing, most of them are dressed as if they were going to a night club. Very unprofessional. As they need to work on not gossiping as much most the time they are all working together talking loudly and laughing.

What can I really say about western smoke shop! They are hands down the best spot I've been too in a longtime. They are super chill and have alot of good deals they give me. I'd recommend anyone to go there

Customer Service excellence and the Board Room Café
Whenever I go to the board room café the staff is always nice, and even though they may not have what I am looking for is stock they are always willing to order it in! Their ordering process is always very quick!! Excluding delays due to covid, they always get back to me about my order within a week, and even with covid their order response times are super quick!
