Confused
First, I don’t know what Five Star pertains to regarding my shopping experience. Your email doesn’t say - was it the shopping website? Checkout in the store? No clue. Second, if it’s the website it is hard to navigate - you can’t go back and to new categories easily. If this is about the store, I love style encore - I just wish they would include more product description. For example, the wallet I bought was nylon - not leather - the description should say that. Style Encore is my happy place
Style Encore is my happy place. I ALWAYS find good things here and the women there are so helpful. I know I can ask them anything while I’m shopping and they are so knowledgeable and I know they will be honest with me too. I really hope this place stays in Drexel Hill, it’s my favorite place to go!

I’ve been a customer at Ocean Floor…
I’ve been a customer at Ocean Floor since 2005. The last four years I’ve been visiting more often, currently at least once a week. The personell is so helpful, they’ve always answered all of my questions and helped me when I’ve encountered issues with my tank. I recently upgraded to a 210 gal tank from a private seller but all of My Fish, plants, driftwood, lava rocks, sand, heaters, some canisters, water conditioners, the list goes on, are from this store. Since I shop frequently my total bill…
Since I shop frequently my total bill never reaches the $50 minimum. You need to create a reward category for frequent shoppers.
