When you text me that I earned a free…
When you text me that I earned a free this or a free that with my last visit to Nguyen’s Kitchen, it isn’t really free: it’s taken away from the points I earn (1 per $ spent). So why do you say it’s free? Free is free: it’s bad enough that a $10.99 order earns only 10 pts & it’s not accruable; but to tell me I’ve earned something free & then deduct it from the pts I’ve earned w/the money I’ve spent is misleading.
