VOIP with lots of problems

There soft phones always have problems.You have to uninstall them probably once a month and things like updating you Mac OS to the latest version they will just tell you that a 5 billion dollar company doesn't support a planned OS release that happens every year. I do not see how this is something that happens for such a large company.

What do you like best? The efficiency with which your questions or concerns are answered. What do you dislike? Nothing. I really recommend this software. What do you like best? I love how easy it is to pull reports. It makes life so much easier when trying to keep track of my agents. What do you dislike? There is really not much I can say I dislike. What do you like best? Five9 is an efficient tool for making dials What do you dislike? Five9 often has technical issues and can crash in the middle of a call. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure to have a backup phone system in case Five9 crashes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to quickly make dials and call clients. This speeds up the process to get to the next client quicker.

Taking the leap from an on-prem solution to the cloud

What do you like best? As a global organization with agents working all around the globe, great support is a must. Five9 provides the required support around the clock. Additionally, we haven't experienced any downtime when Five9 does system maintenance/updates. Moving to a cloud based solution was one of the best decisions our organization did.
