It does not require unnecessary steps--it gets the job done easily and without hassle to users. Setting it up had been a breeze too. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really love the presentation of the dashboard--everything is where it should be. I can easily access the queue tracker to see the number of pending clients. The skin or the environment is quite pleasant to work with as well. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Unethical + Terrible Customer Support

This company is a scam. I signed up as a reseller affiliate and after bringing a client they never paid and stopped returning any calls or emails. They kept telling me they are looking into it but it's been months and the client paid and they still won't return a simple call or email. Then I was forced to work with them and the customer support is BEYOND horrible. A great support for remote workers.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how Five9 supports remote employees too. I can easily log on to the server and clock in the necessary hours--all at the comforts of my home. I've been using this ever since I was an agent up until now. They Don't Pay on Referrals Just Steal Leads

Signed up as a referrer and started bringing clients in and have completely ignored me but took the client. I have reached out via calls, emails, and facebook and have not gotten one response though the sales rep calls my client daily.
