Needs a few tweaks--but overall, it works great!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? So far, everything about this solution works properly. We've been able to carry out calls without major issues. Tracking correspondences between agents and customers is quite easy to do too. What aspects are problematic or could work better? If I could give ZERO stars I would!

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! This app is being used by an fake business to make small charges on people's credit cards CHICKDY.COM is giving you an bad name couldn't tell me what the account/subscription was for only that the charge has been reversed and the subscription canceled.. they are an third-party website you know. It's more like someone downloaded your app and id using it in all the wrong ways.
