Needs a few tweaks--but overall, it works great!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? So far, everything about this solution works properly. We've been able to carry out calls without major issues. Tracking correspondences between agents and customers is quite easy to do too. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? I just found out that in the settings I can chose to answer a call rather than have the call drop in automatically without a moment to think and it’s been such a blessing What do you dislike? I didn’t like have the inbound callings automatically answered before I had time to think and prepare to answer the call. What problems are you solving with the product? Its better than evolve's Unity was, but still a lot of hassle
What do you like best? I like that its a web application and that it is easy to install and use. The agent interface is simplistic and makes a lot of sense. What do you dislike? Great for getting through leads
What do you like best? It makes it simple to get through a bunch of prospective leads efficiently and has a bunch of features to make it efficient. What do you dislike? I wish there was more capability to have integration with other applications to make things really tailored for my needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am getting through calling prospects at a very fast pace and as efficiently as possible with this software.

Call center software with great support
A great solution if you need your agents to work in the office and at home. Easy to monitor agents to make sure everyone is doing what they are supposed too.Any time you have a technical issue support is there for you. Issue very rarely last more then a day. The support team keeps you updated on the issue and the progress.

Five9 makes my job a whole lot easier
What do you like best? Easy track ability of calls, able to see the length, quantity, and recall the numbers. Also able to listen to the conversations for improvement. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Any time you have an issue technical support is right there for you. They keep you informed throughout the day on the progress of your issue and its resolution.
