There are better options

What do you like best? I have yet to find a feature of this software that impresses me in any way. I think that as a supervisor I can generate my own reports and view the statuses of agents in the queue. However agents cannot see how else on the team is available making breaks and things of that nature more complicated to organize. What do you dislike?
