This product is build on Force.com platform
PROS: FinancialForce PSA is build on Force.com platform and this means that you can easily streamline sales and other professional services. It offers customer profitability, utilization and etc. CONS: It takes some time to learn how to use this software. There are lot of system objects that PSA needs so it can produce specific data sets like missing timecards, etc. It has a learning curve when it comes to implementation.

Resource management solution
PROS: This software allows me to create custom views and reports and to manage our resources and projects. I like that it provides us with transparency across the organization especially when it comes to status of the resource requests and projects. Also, we can even collaborate on same requests across the groups.

This is wonderful business xpense solution
PROS: FinancialForce is easy to use and it wasn’t complicated to fiure out how it works and how to submit or log things. The process is streamlined and users can make submitting expense reports easily. The interface is simple and easy to navigate. Also, the mobile app is helpful for taking pohotos of receipts.

FinancialForce PSA works perfectly
PROS: FinancialForce offers great set of features for professional service company. I personally like the timecard system suite for our business mode. I like that it offers integrations with other 3rd services such as Expensify, and this makes the system even more powerful. It has wonderful support team that are highly responsive and always willing to help.
