What do you like best? Working with Filestack has been the most refreshing thing we've had. We have a team of graphic journalists for whom this platform has enabled them to achieve images of an enviable quality. Necessary Evil with Atrocious Customer Service
What do you like best? When it works, it solves a significant problem, and it's the only uploader with built in video recording. What do you dislike? Multiple times they have made breaking changes or degradations without any heads up, and when we reach out to them for help they are dismissive, and slow to respond (days, if at all).
