Efficient document management software
What do you like best? Solid performer and quick response. Technical support is great and while rarely used, is very efficient when contacted. What do you dislike? Minor logic that doesn't make sense. Being a designer of software myself, I am sometimes critical of other products not being logical enough since some of the information is known and should be acted upon. We have been very pleased with the ease of use and scalability.
What do you like best? We found the tight integration with Microsoft Office made it easy to train our staff. Regular users can be shown how to use FileHold in a couple of hours. The scanning software that is included allowed us to hire a summer student to start replacing our paper files with digital ones. Best of all, we did not have to purchase new scanning equipment. We started with a five user license and have no increased on an incremental basis as we can purchase individual user ...
