Lot more capable than our needs
I really like it, in general (I'm engineer, in charge for maintenance) way too complicated to let others involved to use it (except the user report to me). The rest of the management who looking after certificates and some QA related entries has concern about the complexity.

Best software I have seen, it can do anything the big box boys can do for a lower price. You can start with the basic package, which is great, then upgrade if you need more bells and whistles to your CMMS program.

This software is working extremely well for us. We are a small, semi-rural water district located in Western Washington. With a limited budget it was important for us to find a comprehensive solution for assigning and tracking maintenance tasks at a reasonable cost. The FIIX software has more than filled the bill. Love the ease of FIIX
We implemented FIIX (Maintenance Assistant back then) about 2 1/2 years ago. We have worked diligently to get all of our assets into the system and to convert all of our Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance records to this system. It is so much easier and less time consuming if you put the effort in up front and get the results you need. We now use this system for all of our Maintenance KPI's and are ready to move on to new features and modules. This is the best Maintenance ...
