The most exciting thing with Figma is that we can simultaneously design anything with our team members. We can use it without taking any tension of saving the data. It can automatically save our design every second. It is a browser based application, so we do not need installation and do not need a powerful computer to use it.

What do you like best about Figma? Figma makes a designer's life easier. I love "Auto layout", and hundreds of plugins can be useful every day. My third favourite tool is fig-jam which I use for workshops, documentation and ideation.

Takes money, no support, poor service

We were using the free version and then came back to a file after a couple of months, it gave us the sign up or else pop-up and we thought sure no problem, we're getting value, let's sign up. The thing is after signing up for a year it turned out that it was under my colleagues account and then he had to sign up too. So we've been charged double and instead of customer support, we've been met by silence when asking for help. This is very shady practice and you would hope for better. Given ...

What do you like best about Figma? Figma is easy to use, and since it's browser-based, it is OS agnostic. I am using the Windows client, but I can also work on the same file from different devices or from one device on multiple files in different accounts. A complete, feature-rich product.
