The best tool in the industry
Definitely by far the best tool in the industry. Is it perfect? No Is it miles ahead of the competition especially Adobe XD? Absolutely The product is amazing, but they lose a star for their terrible billing and charging practices.

What do you like best about Figma? Figma has been an absolute game changer for how we work across multiple external partners and share visual assets! It is one of the rare systems I prefer the desktop app over the browser instance for its easy viewing and control panels. Love the ability to make in-line comments and present UX/UI wireframes!
