Hard to cancel the subscription

Figma has sleezy team seat billing process …
Figma has sleezy team seat process that leaves you over billed! Then their idea of service is to refuse to refund you based on providing a previous refund of over charges. On the design side its really not that impressive i can not even work out how to make adjustments to my account on the site! As someone who has been in and around design ( other than UI) for decades its not so special at all! I am done and will move in to some open source alternatives!

Been using Figma for a couple years now…
Been using Figma for a couple years now in order to plan my work and map my tasks and everything in between, I love it, great software and great help for my work, thank you very much team 🙏🏻

"Very easy to use and love how you can collaborate on it in real time"
What do you like best about Figma? The simplicity of using the tool rivals that of anything else I've ever used. I used to despise using things like MS Vizeo because it was so finicky. I started to watch my co-workers in different departments use figma and I decided to try it out. It's so easy that I picked it up without any instruction and I create workflow's and send them to my client's and subordinates frequently.

Still the industry standard
Really not sure why there's so many average reviews on here. Figma isn't supposed to be something you can pick up in a couple of hours it's a comprehensive prototyping tool that enables designers to develop complex concepts of apps & sites. Now you can make lottie animations in it too. I'm still using a FREE version of it! Will pay for the full features now, hopefully I won't have any billing issues.
