Unethical billing
Don't pay for this service. I signed up for a Figma account based on my art director's recommendation. They asked for credit card information, and my intention was to use the product for the length of the project and then cancel, which is in keeping with their terms of service. However, you can never cancel. They just keep billing. I followed up with account management who told me how to switch to a free viewing account. I followed the instructions. They continued to bill me. I deleted ...

"Figma for all your UI/UX and Graphic Design needs"
What do you like best about Figma? I started my design journey with Corel Draw and eventually moved to Figma. And I must say that I don't regret it all. If anything, Figma is easy to use, with clearly listed tools and navigation in the app/web version.

What do you like best about Figma? I love the intuitive UI/UX of the tool. It is also straightforward to use, drag and drop the design elements. A lot of ready-made templates make the work effective. It is a clean and smooth tool, I would like to say!
