Very poor support
We are transitioning from the consumer version to the organization version, which is significantly more expensive. They set up weekly calls to secure the sale during the transition, showing concern only when it benefits them. However, we are currently experiencing issues and malfunctions, and suddenly there is no one available to assist us, and all the support and sales calls have vanished.

"Simple but powerful tool for ui, prototyping, and collaborration"
What do you like best about Figma? I like the speed which it can be learned and used. I like the developer tools and the way it is designed with code deployment in mind (eg: using flexbox for the auto-layout). Components are well executed.

"The best in the business!"
What do you like best about Figma? The core idea of a cloud-based design tool for collaboration itself is compelling enough to draw people into using it. No powerful machine needed, coupled with the ease of use and the visually rich UI, you just can't go elsewhere. Truly a disruptive product.

What do you like best about Figma? My Multiple designers can work at the same time simultaneously on the same file; It maintains a history of changes as well as Figma provides prototyping.
