Extraordinary item with amazing client administration!

What do you like best? Their client administration and having our very own record administrator is helping us completely use Field Edge. Whenever we have an inquiry or not certain where something is in the product, we frequently have an answer the equivalent day....if not in only a few hours. Amazing Software.....Excellent Support.....Awesome Product

What do you like best? The friendly and helpful support staff. The "user-friendly" software. The timesaving and very helpful easily prepared reports. What do you dislike? No complaints at this time. Exactly what we were looking for!

What do you like best? FieldEdge has completely changed the game for us. We are now able to dispatch more efficiently-thus increasing profit. We were using a very antiquated program, paper invoicing-lots of double entry. FieldEdge is continually updating based on it's users recommendations. We have tried other systems and I will have to say that Fieldedge's customer support is by far better than the other companies we tried. Anytime I contacted Erica or Kevin they got the problem taken care of in a timely manner not days usually within a couple hrs. They take the time to listen to customer needs and address them. Can't say enough about FieldEdge and…

Can't say enough about FieldEdge and what it has changed for our company. We began looking almost two years ago to take our company to the next level and chose FieldEdge to help us get there. We are able to customize the program in so many ways to fit our business to track the things we want to. They are always updating the software based on customer recommendations! The customer service and support are hands down the best there is! You won't regret using this software!

FieldEdge has been great.

What do you like best? The dispatch board is easy to navigate for the dispatchers. Pulling reports has become easier and helps out in letting our technicians know where they are from a revenue standpoint each week. What do you dislike? The inability to delete equipment completely out of the customers account. It will mark it inactive but will still be listed on the equipment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping our books in house.

Field Edge has a great support system

Field Edge has a great support system. Especially Megan Hardt. I can call or email her when I come across an issue and she is right on it. She gets back to me quickly with answers or gets me to the right person. Thank you Megan!!!

User friendly communication

What do you like best? Allowing us to dispatch work orders to our technicians in a simple manner. What do you dislike? The technicians cannot send work orders to be quoted directly to our estimator. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's very user friendly and easy to learn the many benefits of it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Effective and fast dispatching.

FieldEdge has helped us tremendously. FieldEdge has a great support team to help with any of our needs. Especially our CSM - Alyson is always there to assist. The dashboard has been very helpful with reporting. FieldEdge has been a great addition to our company!
