Great company, easy portal to use
What do you like best? Ease of posting work orders, nationwide coverage for techs What do you dislike? Sometimes the techs don’t fit our needs and occasionally have customer service issues. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great company, won’t regret it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Needs techs for small telco jobs all over the country. I can’t imagine having to try to find techs on our own

What do you like best? Very personalized service. Willing to work with you on the needs for your company. What do you dislike? Reports can be slow to download at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Filling in areas where we are under staffed in the field. Ability to scale the business quickly and meet the demands of our customers.

What do you like best? the ability to schedule and dispatch via the portal and the pool of talent What do you dislike? Some providers try to scam us on the bill. They add bonus etc not previously negotiated. Most techs are excellent. Excellent Platform with a great group of providers and buyers!
What do you like best? I love the layout of the platform and the ease at which it can be utilized. I am able to run 80% of my business just from the Field Nation platform alone. Work Market and the others just can't beat it. What do you dislike? It crashes A LOT now since the new updates. Would love to see that fixed. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Easy to filter and find what you need, very user friendly app. What do you dislike? Nothing I would improve at this time. Maybe less updates that get confusing. Kinda feels like an apple phone some days. Updates every few weeks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love having techs in areas that we can not source. some of my best work relationships have been through this platform.

What do you like best? How I can be assigned to work and be out in the field in a short amount of time. What do you dislike? Information provided from the buyer can be very scarce and locations they enter can be incorrect at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problem of finding dependable freelance work. There is always work available on the platform.

Great platform for field technicians
What do you like best? wide variety of field technicians with skill sets/knowledge areas to choose from What do you dislike? difficult to go by ratings, since some do not honestly rate techs or techs will bother you if you rate them lower. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When you need a 'Johnny on the spot". High success rate for solving end user client issues for us a company.
