Great tool for talent gaps and white space
Describe the project or task the product helped with: Field Nation has helped us scale in our white space or areas where we have lacked talent. Great resource for true consultants to use to find work. What do you like best? Ability to upload sites and route quickly What do you dislike? Some of the backend admin work can be tedious.

Very easy to use.
Describe the project or task the product helped with: The field nation portal is very user friendly. What do you like best? techs respond very fast when a job is placed in the portal What do you dislike? Field Nation needs a better confirmation method. I have had a lot of no call no shows from Field nation techs.

Background information provided per tech in regards to job ratings and experience What do you dislike? Currently still learning the environment so would be premature to dislike anything at this time in the event it performs what I have yet to disover

An extensive supply of qualified technicians. What do you dislike? Cannot sort lists by name. Cannot click "go back" and land at spot previously left. Always reverts back to top of page.

Great use for project work
Describe the project or task the product helped with: I use field nation on a daily basis to find those "hard to find" technicians in areas like Klamath Falls, OR or people in Alaska. It has been a great tool to my daily life and really helps me get ahead of the game when it comes to recruiting. I would recommend this product to anyone that is involved in multi deployment project.
