What do you like best? I like that is user-friendly and easy to use. Really fast customer service and feedback from the field nation team If I ever have a question. What do you like best? I like how simple it is to select technicians for installation What do you dislike? Having to go go through many steps to remove tech that has logged time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure tech has completed a background check before selecting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This helps retain new customers that want to cancel because they do not have help to set up equipment.

What do you like best? Ease of use of the portal, just create fill out a few fields and list the work order. Instantly posted to the job board and seen by many potentials. Field Nation staff are quick to help find contractors for the work orders. They handle all the payments and 1099 for the contractors. What do you like best? The ability to have multiple vendors interested in my job posting. What do you dislike? The vendor I used requested to add time to the job for "time spent on the job".
