Launching a survey is fast and easy (response rates are quick as well), and the queue is great for estimating timelines and seeing what's happening across the team. What do you like best about Feedback Loop? I like the opportunity to be able to test idea's before investing. Personally, the insights portal/page is what is most interesting to me given my role around digital insights and activation

What do you like best about Feedback Loop? FBL's value is easy enough to "sell" internally and applicable to a wide variety of stakeholders. The UI is simple to navigate, and the support we've received from our reps has been proactive and great.

What do you like best about Feedback Loop? You can have results in just one week. and the results are in the dashboard which is easy to read, share and present to the team. The customer service is good as well, you can give them just a word document, and they will help you to program the link, helpful and save a lot of executive time.
