What do you like best about Feedback Loop? Alpha provided a fast and easy way to get quantitiative and qualitative feedback from a wide swath of people. I was able to run multiple expeirments that helped provide a valuable insight into the needs of one targeted demographic -- without Alpha we may have gone in a different direction with the product that likely would have wasted considerable time.
