What do you like best about Feedback Loop? I've been using Alpha for the last couple of months. Used it extensively to get consumer insights. It's very valuable to see what the users are actually saying instead of just the numbers.

What do you like best about Feedback Loop? Alpha UX is the fastest, easiest most flexible consumer research/insights tool I have ever used. I love that I can shoot the Alpha team an extremely high-level, barely formed question and have a wealth of valuable insights to build off of within 48 hours.

What do you like best about Feedback Loop? That we can test visual designs with a large number of participants within a few days. There is support to help me run my test. I like the sorting features and graphs that it creates automatically so I can easily analyze and present the data to others.
