Rarely do i change services even if there is a savings b/c of the hassle of changing vendors. The decision to go with Fattmerchant was well worth it.The customer service made the change seamless. Often after a company has you, the customer service falls off. I'm happy to report that Fattmerchant has continued to deliver excellent, expeditious service.

Easy, Transparent, Simple....Until the SECRET FEES HIT ! ~$7000 IN FEES!
When we were onboarded, our sales representative was very nice and answered all of our questions with satisfactory responses. Some of them though seemed a little too easily answered. We were assured repeatedly that the flat fees explained during the sales process were the sum of the fees, no surprises! Stax is really the best!
Stax is really the best virtual terminal and reporting database I have ever used in this space. And I have used lots of them. The portal is super clean, attractive and the ui is unbeatable. A new user can pick it up in an hour or so. Very little learning curve.
