Stay is better than other payment servers, and all their reps are super nice!! I’ll save money and work with a good biz with good peeps! Win win!

Work when it works. Support is nonexistent

Easy to use interface and seamless when it works. However, the company has the worst communication and support once you sign up. It is obvious there support team is abysmally staffed compared to there sales team.I have had issues regarding terminals which I can't update or use. Continuously ignored emails, and it is almost impossible to contact support.I was the driving factor in moving our company over to Stax. I now regret that decision and we may soon move back.

Stax is easy

Stax is easy! Program is clean and integrates with my existing accounting program very well. I added Stax because I was annoyed with all the CC processing fees. I'm more comfortable on a fixed price instead of the percentage model.

Very easy to setup

Very easy to setup! After decades of being charged excessive surprise fees from a large competitor, we decided to shop around. Stax offered us a great rate and a free machine. Jared was very helpful getting us setup. Funds are deposited very next business day. Highly recommend but in all fairness, the competition did not set the bar very high.
