Extremely unprofessional 4 days and no response from their main support email. Its been 3 weeks since we started to update our bank info and we keep getting the runaround. Do not use them.

We have had a difficult beginning. Bank account numbers for our MID's were erroneously changed for no valid reason. We had many "Gateway Unreachable" errors on at least 2 of our most busy MID's, causing our customers and us to receive error readings, but in most cases the customer was actually charged. Invoicing is easy and integration with QuickBooks makes bookkeeping simple. The few times there have been sync issues, tech support has fixed the issues within just a few days.

Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy....
Absolute joke of a company. Holding over $17,000 from me stating it's for disputes meanwhile they pull disputes straight from my bank account. They went about 3 months without answering me and will not reveal how much money they have on hold u just gotta hope there not stealing..... I am only 19 and its my first business so of course its not perfect but taking this much for no reason is just cruel please be aware they will ignore you for months no matter how much business you give them. These guys have totally destroyed our books after an update they did 3 months ago. And they will not return our calls. Our data is now unreliable and we’re struggling to figure out how to fix this issue in our own.
