Fraud.
Fraud.I was told $79 flat fee only, no hidden fee. Then they said bc they set up wrong so they charge more than $400. They claim that should be $79 + 3.83% + 4% just bc they set up wrong them self so they can not billed my customers then they billed me instead.Stay away as much as you can. I have to sue them so that I can get my money back

Our old credit card company was really hitting us with high fees, when questioned they always gave us someone foreign that we could not understand.Stax by Fattmerchant helped us tremendously by going over old credit card fee statements, they made our transition easy, and the online form was very user friendly.. As an added bonus we even got to speak with someone in real time about setting up our new credit card machine..Dont just think about changing DO IT we are glad we did...
