Excellent data collection tool and productivity enhancement
What do you like best? The ability to upload lookup lists via the API is crucial since we use this for incoming produce inspections.The ability to map fields and requirements is also a huge benefit since we have varying thresholds for acceptance based on customer, product and USDA guidelines.The QA inspectors no longer have to carry a 3-ring binder around. What do you like best? It's really easy for a non-tech person to set up and use, you can be up and running in a really short amount of time. It is really intuitive. We've used other solutions in the past that really need an IT person to support, this one doesn't. Support has been good, for the limited amount of help we've needed. What do you like best? Flexibility in creating forms that meet our needs. Many types of inputs are available. Support is quick and helpful. Sending reports to multiple email accounts is possible. Reviewing raw data via excel is helpful What do you dislike? Lack of a Windows app. Some calculated fields don't work well on Android, such as date calculations.
