we've got a couple of linux servers but most of our infrastructure is windows. will deep freeze help us out with those linux systems too?

Deep Freeze only supports Windows and Mac platforms, so it won't work with Linux systems. If your organization utilizes Linux, you might need to look for other solutions that offer compatibility.
