Using the app for a week now and it's…

Using the app for a week now and it's very slow. 20mb Videos that take a second or two to upload elsewhere (like Gmail or Hotmail) take an hour through this app, if it doesn't crash before then. The staff at my child's nursery have it and they said they don't like to use it, because of the same reason - keeps on crashing, takes ages to send a message or upload something. So on paper the nursery has a cool app, in reality, neither the staff nor parents can use it.

Den helt store katastrofe viser sig, når man vil eksportere sit barns billeder. Dette kan man få lov til at gøre helt manuelt - billede for billede. Uden brug af genvejstaster m.v. Jeg påtalte det over for Famly, hvorefter svaret var "Det er der ikke noget, vi kan gøre ved". Mig bekendt er det fordi man ikke er villig til at poste penge i en sådan simpel funktion. Forstår ikke man vil være dette bekendt over for sine kunder anno 2021.

Our experience with Famly so far is brilliant, we have been using the system for nearly a year now and have felt so supported by the team, it was really easy to use and we set it up within a few hours. There have been a few times that I have needed some support, I was able to get through straight away most of the time or leave a message and I was called back really quickly (this was during (Covid-19), so it was to be expected. Staying in touch with Famly.

We are using Famly a lot to stay in touch with our client base - both the current Critical worker group we are supporting but just as importantly our wider group of locked down children and their families. We have now got 3 or 4 staff regularly posting updates, photos and videos. We’re just releasing our own client survey just to see what the Critical worker users are thinking of our service and whether it is meeting their needs.
