We have only just started using FMX but …
We have only just started using FMX but our experience so far has been first rate. We had a bad experience with a different vendor... we would ask if we could do something and they would say no. So far with FMX when asked they always respond "absolutely".The FMX staff has been especially helpful in making the transition. The program is very easy to use the the customer support is phenomenal.

FMX has robust maintenance features and is working to improve inventory and purchasing modules. Needs better reporting and customizable dashboards. Needs to understand the inventory process and align system with real world situations. Needs to define better inventory versus non-stock special order, production orders and work order versus ordering against inventory.

The program is very user friendly
The program is very user friendly, and the support staff from FMX is outstanding as they are always readily available and willing to help with any issues. They also are eager to hear ideas for product improvements that they can implement to help their customers.

Helpful, Generous, On top of short comings
FMX has been extremely helpful to our facility and the customer service is second to non. Note that I am an extremely intentional person and use my words wisely so I view this review as putting my own name and reputation on the line. Now I'm not saying that the system is perfect; there are improvement to be made in terms of specific customer needs but they are aware of these needs and short coming and by all accounts are working on solutions.
